Ciels dress

Finaly Ciels Dress is completed

midnighthinata have not answered to the note I have send him 2 months ago. So I have look on his resent activitys on his dA channel and it seams like he isn't activ anymore. So I have send him a second note in what I talled him that I'll upload the model without his permission in 10 days, if he don't answer me. He didn't answerd me and the 10 days are past, so I upload this dress without his permission. I hope you'll understand my acting. Normaly I don't upload models without the permission but if midnighthinata isn't active on dA I have no other choice
